Welcome one and all! I hope you’re all well, well rested and back in the swing of things. Hard to believe we’re already half way through January already. Time flies, especially when you’re constantly growing, developing and improving like we at The Marketeer are this year.
We have some huge plans over the next 12 months, and today I just wanted to give a little glimpse of what to look out for from us. Exciting times are truly ahead!
I know what you’re thinking. As we help experts market their webinars (among other events), surely webinars are not new to us this year? And that’s true.
But until now, we’ve been so busy and focussed on filling our clients webinars, we’ve had little time to work on our own.
That’s right, you’ve heard it here first. We’re going to start running our own webinars. Date TBC but we’re working on the content, so stay tuned. It will be free to join so we hope and look forward to seeing you on there!
2. YouTube Ads
Unless you’re fairly new to us, you’ll know that our done-for-you service revolves around running Facebook Ads for our clients, filling their events, webinars & challenges.
And as amazing as Facebook Ads is, and honestly will be for a long time, we (nor our clients) can continue to rely upon just one source of paid traffic to fill rooms.
So this year, starting with Youtube Ads we’re branching out to new platforms to provide even more service for our clients and ensure they have a constant source of leads and attendees into their physical and virtual rooms.
3. Google Ads
Once Youtube Ads are mastered and are part and parcel of our regular done-for-you offering, we’ll be expanding to Google Ads too. Again, this will further protect ourselves and our clients businesses, in case anything was to happen to our precious Facebook Ads.
This concept is called marketing pillars – and it’s very much advised to never have your business relying on just one or two of these. Because if something happens to them, they stop working, they stop delivering you traffic and leads – you’re in trouble!
4. More freebies & resources
We all love a good freebie, right? And right now we have a few very handy ebooks and guides available to download for free on our website.
But this year we really want to build on this and create a vault of freebies and resources that will help more experts, speakers & coaches to fill their events, webinars & challenges.
We already have a tonne of ideas from more guides, checklists, walkthroughs, tutorials, ebooks and so much more. So stay tuned for that and be ready to grab your copies when available!
5. Weekly Blogs
Without wanting to create a bit of a paradox, let talk about blogs in our blog. Right now we publish these twice a month. And almost every single one is jam packed with value, advice and golden nuggets. And our audience loves them – and we love writing them!
That’s why as of now we’re moving to weekly blogs. So stay tuned for double the value, double the fun!
So we have no ETA on this but we are slowly working on publishing a book. We have a name, a structure and chapters – we just need to write it!
But like the great George RR Martin himself, we’re in no rush to get this published. We want to make sure it’s perfect, and not just rushed to get it out there. We want to jam pack it full of value that people just have to get themselves a copy!
So far our small team of marketeers are remote based, but later this year we’re looking at getting ourselves some office space. Especially now that the risk from Covid is dying down, it’s going to be exciting to return to working in person.
Ok, so this isn’t strictly related to The Marketeer – but we do have a wedding coming up in late May. I will finally be marrying my lovely and caring better half, after having to delay the wedding 12 months due to covid.
There’s probably so much more that I’ve missed out, but these are the biggest parts of 2022 with us. It’s going to be a busy one, but it’s going to be an amazing one!
